படத்தில் (pic) உள்ளவாறு உங்கள் telegram settings யை அமைத்துக்கொள்ளவும் , ஏன் இவ்வாறு அமைக்கவேண்டும் என்பதற்க்கான விளக்கம் கீழ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
* பெண்கள் username வைப்பதை தவிர்க்கவும், channel க்கு username வைத்து permission manager ஆக பயன்படுத்தலாம். Profile ல் உங்கள் முகத்தை வைப்பதை தவிர்க்கவும்.
* Phone number: நம்மில் பலர் mobile number யை பகிர்வதை பெரிதாக எடுத்துக்கொள்வதில்லை, நம் mobile numberயை விற்க்கவே முடியும் அந்த அளவுக்கு மதிப்புள்ளது.. (தவறு நிகழ்ந்தால் Police complaint ஆல் கூட இதனால் ஏற்படும் விளைவுகளை தடுப்பது கடினம்)
* Forward Messages: இந்த அமைப்பு தனித்துவமானது, இதை everybody ல் வைப்பதன் மூலம் உங்கள் அடையாளத்தை நீங்கள் அனுப்பும் ஒரு ஒரு messageம் தாங்கி செல்லும். Message ன் மேல் உள்ள உங்கள் பெயரை தொட்டல் உங்களின் chat profile மை திறக்கும். இது புறலி பரப்புவதை தடுக்க பயன்படும். பெண்களுக்கு இதனால் ஆபத்து ஏற்ப்பட வாய்ப்புள்ளது அதனால் Nobody ல் வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். (ஆண்கள் - everybody ல் வைக்கவில்லை என்றால் உங்கள்மீது complaint வரும் பட்சத்தில் verify செய்யாமல் ban செய்யப்படுவீர்கள்)

* Two step verification: இது hacker களிடம் இருந்து உங்கள் account யை பாதுகாக்கும்.

* உங்கள் இருப்பிடம், எண், குடும்ப விவரங்களை பகிர்வதில் எப்போது கவனமாக இருங்கள்.
* உங்களிடம் கேட்காமல் pm/dm செய்பவர்களை admin யிடம் கூறி ban / warn செய்யலாம், தகாத செயலில் எவரேனும் ஈடுபடும் பட்சத்தில் adminயிடம் தெரிவிக்கவும் (அந்த நபரின் message மற்றும் chat's screenshot தேவைப்படும்)
* Report spam:
Pm/DM தேவையில்லாமல் யாராவது செய்யும் பட்சத்தில் report spam கொடுக்கலாம், இது செய்வதன் மூலம் அந்த நபர் இதேபோல் மற்றவர்களை தொல்லை செய்ய முடியாது. இதை chat யை open செய்தும் செய்யலாம் (here), chat யை open செய்யாமலும் 1க்கு மேற்பட்ட chat களை ஒரே நேரத்தில் spam report செய்யலாம் (here).
உங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப்படும் harrasment களுக்கு எந்த தயக்கமும் பயமும் இன்றி cyber portal ( link )ல் complaint செய்யும், உங்களுடைய பெயர் வெளிவராமல்தான் நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பார்கள்.. எங்களுக்கும் தெரிவிக்கவும், எங்களால் முடிந்த உதவியை செய்வோம்.

* girls, don't keep your pic as a profile & don't use a username instead of that keep that username to a channel and use it as like permission manager.
* Don't share your mobile number with anyone, in case you made any trouble with people, first they trys to misuse your mobile number only.
* Forward Messages settings: if this settings priority is set to everybody then message forward carries your profile link. This will help to prevent the spreading of fake news. Men have to set this priority as everybody, girls can keep this as nobody. (if we got a complaint on you and this priority is in nobody, then we won't try for verification directly we will ban you)
* calls settings: this is a public group, so you may receive multiple unwanted calls. We can't verify and ban those people so you have to manage.
* Group & channels settings: you have to keep this setting to nobody (or) my contacts alone. If you don't then your id may get added into the multiple groups without your knowledge. (that may be vulgar group, scam group, hacker's group, etc..) if your id got added to 500+ groups then your device may get hang even if it has 6 GB of ram. Telegram has not given any power to us regarding this issue, you only have the power to stop this.
* two-step verification: this will protect your account from hackers
* Archive and mute: if you get numerous amounts of PMs/DMs then only this setting will appear. If this setting is ON then unwanted PMs will go to the archive folder, and it won't give a notification.
* you have to be careful enough to share your location, and family details with others.
* if somebody contacts you in PM/DM without getting permission via group, you can report this to the admin to warn/ban him. (forward his message with a screenshot to an admin)
* Report spam:

Pm- private message:

எவரையும் fake id என நீங்கள் குறிப்பிடும் பட்சத்தில் எந்தவித அறிவிப்பும் இல்லாமல் குழுவில் இருந்து நீக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

குரல் அரட்டை விதிமுறைகள்:
* நபருடைய ஒலி சரிவர இல்லை என்றால் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் mute செய்துக்கொள்ளவும்.
* பேசும்போது குறுக்கீடும் நபர்களை தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் mute செய்துக்கொள்ளவும்
* தகாத வார்த்தை, அதிகப்படியான இரைச்சல் ஒலி, தகாத profile, channel id வரும் பட்சத்தில் admin tag பயன்படுத்தவும்.
* இரண்டாம் நபராக தகாத வார்த்தை பயன்படுத்தினாலும் நீக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.
*குழுவில் இணையாத நபர்கள்/channel ids எந்த எச்சரிக்கையும் இல்லாமல் நீக்கப்படும்.
* Adminகள் உரிமை இல்லாமல் வீடியோ பரப்பும் செயல்கள் கூடாது.
* Admin tag செய்யும் போது தொல்லை தரும் நபரின் பெயரை கூறிப்பிடவும், அவசர வருகையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க எளிதாக இருக்கும்.
Voice chat rules:
* If any person's audio is not clear, mute them with your control alone don't tag admins
* Don't request to mute somebody for interfering, (mute yourself)
* Tag admins for bad word use, for loudy noise, vulgar profiles, channel ids on vc, etc..
* Never use bad word, if you are a second person then also don't use we will ban you too.
* ids which are not joined in group/Channel ids will be kicked out without any intimation
* Don't turn your video cast on, without admins permission
* While tagging admin, mention that id name so that in rush we can able to identify that id easily.
* நபருடைய ஒலி சரிவர இல்லை என்றால் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் mute செய்துக்கொள்ளவும்.
* பேசும்போது குறுக்கீடும் நபர்களை தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் mute செய்துக்கொள்ளவும்
* தகாத வார்த்தை, அதிகப்படியான இரைச்சல் ஒலி, தகாத profile, channel id வரும் பட்சத்தில் admin tag பயன்படுத்தவும்.
* இரண்டாம் நபராக தகாத வார்த்தை பயன்படுத்தினாலும் நீக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.
*குழுவில் இணையாத நபர்கள்/channel ids எந்த எச்சரிக்கையும் இல்லாமல் நீக்கப்படும்.
* Adminகள் உரிமை இல்லாமல் வீடியோ பரப்பும் செயல்கள் கூடாது.
* Admin tag செய்யும் போது தொல்லை தரும் நபரின் பெயரை கூறிப்பிடவும், அவசர வருகையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க எளிதாக இருக்கும்.
Voice chat rules:
* If any person's audio is not clear, mute them with your control alone don't tag admins
* Don't request to mute somebody for interfering, (mute yourself)
* Tag admins for bad word use, for loudy noise, vulgar profiles, channel ids on vc, etc..
* Never use bad word, if you are a second person then also don't use we will ban you too.
* ids which are not joined in group/Channel ids will be kicked out without any intimation
* Don't turn your video cast on, without admins permission
* While tagging admin, mention that id name so that in rush we can able to identify that id easily.
